Really happy with my results after 6 months working with @ogogofitness. Only 3kg down but completely reshaped my body. Other than the visual in the past 6 months, I now have more energy, eat more food, can run a 10k, go to the gym even when I don't feel like it.

Thanks you to @macoaching.pt and @anthonyogogo for keeping me going and pushing me to places I didn't think possible.

I'm not done yet.

October moments that made me pause 🙌🏽.

Some were loud, lights, crowds, victories.
Some were quiet, family time, early mornings, little wins no one saw.

Every one of them reminded me what I’m fighting for.

👊🏽 Legacy.
💪🏽 Growth.
❤️ Family.

What was your standout moment from October? 👇🏽

“I want to be toned, not get too bulky”🫠

If you’ve ever said, “I would lift weights, but I don’t want to get bulky,” while doing your 4th incline treadmill walk this week, this message is for you!

Let’s Get Real

The amount of muscle you’re worried about gaining from doing 2-3 moderate weight sessions a week is just not going to happen. Plus, you’re missing out on so many awesome benefits!

Why You Should Lift Weights

* Get Stronger:
* Stay Flexible:
* Better Body Composition:
* Boost Metabolism:

The Toned Look Explained

We hear it all the time: women want to be toned, not bulky. Guess what? The toned look comes from working those muscles! It’s not about becoming a bodybuilder; it’s about adding some resistance training to your routine to actually develop the muscle!

Our Advice

We’re not saying you need to bench press your bodyweight or deadlift 200kg. Just a few resistance sessions each week can make a huge difference. Here’s how to make it work:

* Mix It Up: Combine weights with your cardio.
* Increase Gradually: Slowly up the weight or resistance as you get stronger.
* Variety Is Key: Work different muscle groups to stay balanced and prevent boredom.
* Focus on Form: Get the moves right to avoid injury and see better results.

Don’t let the fear of getting bulky stop you from lifting weights. Embrace it, have fun, and watch your body transform into a leaner, stronger, and fitter version of yourself!
