Join us and learn about student-led initiatives, connect with campus groups, and show your support the fight to defend and uphold higher education.

Earlier this month we had an extremely successful MA College Dems Lobby Day! We were able to discuss 6 bills across over 25+ legislators making connections and demonstrating commitment to the MA statehouse community.

We look forward to joining and hosting more events in the spring so make sure to follow and share with friends! All COF students welcome!

The College Democrats of America & College Democrats of Massachusetts have officially voted to endorse Senator @edmarkey for U.S. Senate in the 2026 Democratic primary.

After our Endorsement Jamboree and a member-wide vote, Senator Markey earned 86.2% of the vote for his leadership on climate action, student debt relief, LGBTQ+ rights, and defending free speech.

CDMA Chair Mandy Zhang: “The College Democrats of Massachusetts proudly voted to endorse Senator Ed Markey because he has consistently shown up for young people — on the Green New Deal, student debt relief, and defending free speech, including standing up for one of our peers, Rümeysa Öztürk. He has long stood with young people on the frontlines, fighting for the future our generation will inherit. As for Congressman Seth Moulton, younger leadership alone isn’t enough if it comes at the expense of transgender rights.”

This is a reminder for students attending college in Amherst, MA that if you have a mail-in ballot, it needs to be returned by 8pm tomorrow (November 5th) to the drop box or election office IN THE TOWN WHERE YOU ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE. You can find the locations of drop-boxes and election offices, by town, here: https://www.sec.state.ma.us/divisions/elections/voter-resources/find-my-local-election-office.htm.

If you bring it to the Amherst clerk's office, it may not arrive in time to be counted.
