Did you know @jetlagged_chef does more than just prepare your meals? 👀

We actually help you understand your nutritional requirements too. Complementary with any plan.

We’ll help you work out how much you should be eating, then show you what that looks like across a full day, including your JLC meals AND the foods you enjoy outside your meal plan.

No guessing. No unnecessary restrictions. No need to weigh and track every ingredient forever.

Just a better understanding of your nutrition and a simple way to stay consistent.

Got questions about your calories, macros or which meal plan would work best for you?

Drop them in the comments or send us a DM. We’d love to help!

WEEKEND SURVIVAL PART 2
When I go out I tend not to eat too much which, along with alcohol can lead to you looking leaner…
Changes in hydration, glycogen and food volume can all affect how you look and what the scales say.

The worst thing you can do is overreact and start restricting food to maintain that temporary look.

I got straight back to my normal requirements, fuelled my training and enjoyed my food.

One weekend won’t ruin your progress. Just like one good day won’t create it.

Get back to your normal habits. Consistency over time is what matters.

WEEKEND SURVIVAL PART 1
Not every day goes to plan. And that’s life. 😂

A surprise visit from a mate, an unexpected brunch and a few questionable outfit choices.

I still planned what I could, got my training in and had my @jetlagged_chef meals before heading out.

The rest? Enjoyed myself, made my own choices and estimated my intake as best I could.

Interestingly, I’ve probably under-eaten today, which could have a knock-on effect over the next few days… stay tuned. I’ll explain more tomorrow.

Consistency isn’t about getting every day right. It’s about knowing how to adapt when things don’t go to plan.

Let’s see what tomorrow brings. I’ll show you how to handle nights out and social events as best you can

Eating out doesn’t mean going off track.

I knew I had dinner plans, so I planned my day around them.

@jetlagged_chef made that easier with meals already prepared, leaving me plenty of flexibility for the evening.

Was dinner tracked perfectly? No. But it doesn’t need to be.

Understand your requirements.
Plan ahead.
Make adjustments.

Your nutrition should fit around your life, not the other way around.

If your diet is too complicated to stick to, what’s the point?

Find foods you enjoy, understand your requirements and build a routine you can repeat.

That’s exactly what I do with my clients.

@jetlagged_chef makes my main meals easy, @macrosfirst helps me keep track of my intake, and I build everything else around foods I genuinely enjoy.

No unnecessary restrictions. No starting over every Monday.

Keep it simple. Stay accountable. Repeat what works.

Consistency over time will always beat the occasional perfect day.

A lot of people ask “how do I track my food if there’s a bunch of ingredients”

Here’s how I do it.

Each ingredient gets tracked followed by the quantity which I enter after I log it.

@macrosfirst is the app we use at @enhancedhealthandfitness and it is very easy to use.

Hope this helps!

If you need any additional help learning how to track your calories or even knowing how much/what to eat, shoot us a DM or check us out at Enhancedhealthandfitness.com

💛Macro Friendly Apple Fritter
I’m totally shocked this worked on the first try!!!!
Follow these directions exactly to make sure yours works too.

1C. Apple Pie Filling (do not throw the can away of the remaining)
1 Single Serving @chobani Vanilla Protein Yogurt
1C. Flour
Dash of Pink Himalayan Salt
1t. Baking Powder
2T @kerrygoldusa Butter
1T Cinnamon
1T Golden Monkfruit

Dice up the apple and mix well with the yogurt, flour, salt and baking powder

Divide into four equal parts and place on parchment paper.
Flip a few times
Melt butter and mix with cinnamon and golden Monkfruit
Spread on the top of each one
Cook in the air fryer for about 20 minutes on 400
When it starts looking golden spread a little bit of the filling from the can (without apple) and spread on top of each one.
Return to air fryer and cook another 5 minutes
Let cool and enjoy the ooey gooey!!!!

There are so many fun ways you can use ChatGPT in your health and fitness journey—even when tracking your macros!

I hear from clients every week that “it’s hard to track when eating out.” Let me teach you a quick hack for eating out using ChatGPT!

The next time you’re going out to eat and you’re trying to figure out what to order so that you don’t blow your calorie and macro goals, try going to the restaurant’s website and downloading the menu or taking a screenshot.

If you have a chatGPT account (free version), you can upload the image into your app. Then draft a very specific prompt—include your goals and what you are specifically looking for in that macro-friendly meal.

I like to include my calorie and protein goals for that meal. You can also ask for modifications or simple swaps.

ChatGPT can estimate the calories and macros for that meal so that you can add the foods into your food tracking app, like @macrosfirst and @myfitnesspal.

Of course, you’re estimating calories and macros and portions. But that’s okay! Nothing in your journey will be perfect!

If you’re currently tracking macros, then you know that tracking something is better than not tracking anything at all.😋

Enjoy your meal, and then my friends, move on!

What keeps you stuck when you are tracking macros? Comment below or send me a DM. I’d love to help!✨
