Science tells us that women who gather regularly and nurture meaningful connections tend to live longer, healthier lives.

it’s not just the movement that heals us.
it’s the conversations after class, the laughter…. the feeling of belonging..

To say I am grateful is an understatement, the growth I have had over this year in not just my dance but friend ships too. I was nervous to join seniors as I was leaving most of my friends who are younger. But I am so grateful for the amazing friends I have made this year and my improvement this year,in getting out of my comfort zone and challenging myself self to do more challenging things as that is the only way to improve. I'm forever grateful for the support from my amazing studio, teachers, friends and family. And a final goodbye to the wonderful graduates who have always been so kind and amazing to me. Thanks for an amazing year.
