“Retention is the new acquisition.”

👋 Hi, if we haven’t met yet, I’m Natalie, I spent the last 15 years scaling startups from zero to $50M, and every day I share the money moves that help women founders double their revenue.

Yesterday I was in a sales training with @macymcneely from @thesalesgirlsofficial , and during my hot seat she reminded me that the thing I’ve spent 15+ years mastering is exactly what businesses need most right now.

Retention is the new acquisition, and when every new client takes more time, more content, and more money to land, the founders who grow fastest are the ones who keep the clients they already have.

She also said something I keep thinking about, which is that clients stay with people who keep growing, because nobody wants to stay with someone who’s been saying the same thing for years.

Here’s why community belongs in every retention strategy:

- Clients stay with founders who keep growing, and they can feel it when you show up with fresh ideas, new stories, and sharper thinking than you had six months ago.
- That growth needs a steady source, and Macy compared inspiration to a shower you need every single day.
- A community gives you that every week, with women further along who can spot the gap you can’t see and push you to keep leveling up.
- The same principle works inside your own business, because clients who feel connected to you and to each other have more reasons to stay.

Every client you keep is revenue that compounds instead of disappears, and the founders who keep the most clients are the ones who keep growing in the right room.

📲 Every day I share the money moves that help women founders scale faster and 2x their revenue.

🎁 My gift to you before you go: comment BRB and I’ll send you a link to spend your first month inside @the.boardroom.besties for $25, making your next big decision with women founders who’ve already been where you are. If you decide to stay, that $25 goes toward your first quarter or year.

Finally getting to share a collaboration two years in the making. 🤍 This one means a lot to me.

I looked around and saw a room full of women in the arena. Mothers, wives, business owners, saleswomen, leaders all working toward something. And I could relate to that.

I love what I do, but getting to connect with people through it is such a big part of why I love it. I left Alpharetta feeling grateful, inspired, and excited for what's next! Meaningful work and good people to share it with. That feels like being rich in life to me.

If there’s ONE skill that can change the trajectory of your business (and your bank account 👀), it’s learning how to SELL. 🔥

And there’s no one I’d rather have teaching it at ALIGN: EVOLVE than @macymcneely , co-founder and CEO of @thesalesgirlsofficial !

Macy is on a mission to help more women become confident, powerful saleswomen because she knows what happens when women learn to sell what they believe in.

More income. More impact. More OPTIONS.

She’s trained thousands of women across nearly every industry, built one of the most-followed sales brands for women, and invested over $2 MILLION into her own personal growth and development.

Oh, and she’s raising three boys while building her empire. So she knows a thing or two about making your time COUNT. 😂👏🏼

I’ve followed Macy for years, and after finally hearing her speak in person this summer, I knew we HAD to get her in the ALIGN room.

And now that ALIGN: EVOLVE is going VIRTUAL, even more of you get to experience her brilliance!

November 4–6, we’re bringing together women who are ready to stop playing small, sharpen their skills, and build businesses that create real freedom.

And the best part? Your General Admission ticket is completely FREE.🙌🏼

➡️ Comment EVOLVE and I’ll send you the link to save your seat! Bring your business besties, too. This is one conversation you won’t want to miss.

Now hiring…. Rockstars to hop on this rocket ship to $20 million?

I can’t even say it with a straight face!!!

This is the perfect place to work if you want your friends and loved ones to see you having so much fun that they actually think you *don’t work* all while you’re actually working harder than you ever have and producing results that would take a team of 10 people in corporate. 😂

Prosperity is not a bad thing.

It's actually God's plan for your life.

If he has your heart.

This is why being rich is not evil. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

God wants more for you. Not less.

Many businesses believe they have a lead generation problem.

But in reality, they often have a messaging and sales clarity problem.

In this episode of Millions Were Made, Jessica Marx sits down with Macy
McNeely to discuss why so many multi-six and seven-figure founders are
still struggling with inconsistent conversions, stalled growth, and sales
systems that no longer scale effectively.

Because modern sales is no longer about simply being visible.
It is about creating belief.

This episode explores:
✔️ The difference between making sales and truly understanding sales
✔️ Why more leads do not solve weak sales infrastructure
✔️ The hidden gaps inside many scaling businesses
✔️ How unclear messaging weakens trust and slows conversions
✔️ Why founders must stop treating sales as a separate department
✔️ The importance of building sales leadership throughout the business

The businesses that are scaling successfully right now are not necessarily
louder. They are more intentional, more credible, and far clearer in how they
communicate value.

McNeely.
