One year ago, this started with one simple idea: making it easier for women + nonbinary people to make real friendships in Boston.

Five apparatus. One of them came first.

The mat work is the method. The reformer, the Cadillac, the chair, the barrels - one of them was built afterward, to help people access with the mat already asked for. Springs assist. Straps support. The floor does neither.
