2pac Ft. Nate Dogg - All About U (1996)

The Pac representing the west coast with this fun, energy filled, playful anthem and that iconic Cameo: Candy Sample!this one features another heavenly G-Funk hero prominently on the chorus: Nate Dogg!! ❤️

Tupac Amaru Shakur, known worldwide as 2Pac, was one of the most powerful and influential voices in 1990s hip-hop. Born in 1971 in New York City and later raised in Baltimore and California, he became famous for mixing emotional storytelling with bold commentary on social issues. A thrilling fact about 2Pac is that he released All Eyez on Me (1996) — the first double studio album in hip-hop history — shortly after being released from prison on bail, and it became one of the best-selling rap albums ever.

While the album itself includes the hit song “All About U with Nate Dogg! Snoop Dogg, and Dru Down have verses on this beat that aren’t featured in this clip so you need to run that full song up for their credible verses! All in all this one definitely highlights 2Pac’s energetic, party-style vibe,

a real CertifiedClassic and a tribute to all of these late artists involved

❤️🙏🕊️🔥

● "life beats down & crushes the soul & art reminds you that you have one." - STELLA ADLER ☆

● sometimes it's very scary to be an artist. we're vulnerable to & must resolve what normal humans avoid everyday. we have to not give a fuck & give a lottt of fucks at the same time. but many of us are addicted to the idea of something more to life. we truly appreciate your positive feedback, buzz & airplay still going months after release. thank you for supporting physical music, buying vinyl & CDs, uplifting my book, leaving positive comments & reviews, tapping into interviews, posts & music videos. for the love & good word of mouth. for energetic evidence that it's just the beginning. quality art for quality humans ☆

Another take with my Sharp as a razor wordplay scratch samples over “Super Brooklyn” by Cocoa Brovaz beat. Made this scratch sample a while ago but added the @anderson._paak “got me hot as a laser” line last week which I think definitely makes it work better, love finding dope phrases to scratch that I can make rhyme!
