IT’S LAUNCH DAY 🚀😍

GYM GODS has officially landed and I genuinely couldn’t be more excited!!! ❤️‍🔥🏋🏼‍♀️✨

Built for the girls who love to train hard, feel strong, and look cute doing it 👀
The sets? Unreal.
The quality? INSANE.
The confidence boost? Immediate.

BRB adding everything to cart because self control clearly left the chat 🫠🛒

Today is the day 🙏🏽 2 years of testing quality and comfort to bring you the best of the best active wear. It’s launch day and I can’t be anymore excited. Can’t thank @brandonwaldron_ for taking me on to be apart of this and I’m keen to take it to a whole other level 🚀 6pm tonight we launch our website and I can’t wait to see you all wearing it.

Because I’m so excited I’m choosing one person that shares and likes this post to win a free men’s basketball jersey.

LETSGOOOOO 👊🏼

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Welcome to strong society - a place where no matter your fitness goal, whether that is strength, endurance, conditioning or all the above. You’re welcome here.

Something I find great passion in is not just fitness but what this brings, embracing the struggles, the mental battles, the sheer drive to be better and all the blood sweat and tears that come with it.

STRONG SOCIETY PERFORMANCE - while the core of this society will be coaching, I plan to make this a home of strong, resilient, individuals that want to simply be strong in all aspects of their day to day life.

Coming soon will be a wide array of events - including social events, lifting events, run clubs, breath work classes you name it.

If this sounds like the place for you. Welcome home 🙏🏽

I am so excited for what is to come 📈
