People care as self care 🌿

Permaculture holds ethics of earth care, people care, fair share. I think these are fantastic mindsets to hold. People care is the one we forget. When we respect ourselves, we respect the environments around us.

Inner work matters and it’s also easy to get lost in it. If you’re moving through a lot right now, sometimes the medicine is turning to our community. Be a breath of fresh air for someone. Give love and it reflects back to you.

When I spend time with women of creative fire, beauty & passion i start to see the mirror.

Spending time with grounded, heart-centered women through Lineage Ritual Dance Theatre project has filled me with so much joy. These women have anchored me in self-belief, kind words and sweet gestures. The ripple effects are so precious.

Community doesn’t happen on its own. We have to show up for it. I am often humbled by this.

So how can we soften into a little more kindness, compassion and love for those around us this week?

Love, Asha 🤍

Spice Social x The River House photo dump (Part 1)

A little 90s/00s nostalgia. Safe to say this one was a goodie! 📀🧃🛼

Thank you to everyone who came along and made the morning what it was! Seeing everyone get into the 90s/00s theme, meet new people and hang around enjoying the space afterwards was exactly the vibe I hoped for!

A huge thank you to @__racheljane for helping bring it all together and capturing the day, and to @the_river_house_pinjarra for letting us take over their beautiful Airbnb!

And of course, thank you to all the amazing businesses who contributed to the day, from our goodie bags and giveaways to the little extras that made it special.

A little bunch of sunshine.

These were far too pretty to leave behind.

I buy flowers every fortnight and it’s become one of those little rituals I really look forward to.

There’s something about having fresh flowers at home that lifts the mood and makes the everyday feel a little more special.

These beautiful snapdragons were grown locally by @maddibluems and I picked them up from @the_little_k_and_co_au in Pinjarra.

How gorgeous are the colours?
