I will be brief

I just got to play two characters, one that dedicates her life to giving encouragement, wisdom, and love to those around her, and another that literally dies because her love is too strong.
I love playing characters that I love. The friar was for me and hopefully to others a symbol of love for everything and everyone God put on this Earth. Of seeing the beauty and a chance for growth in a place that seems to be crumbling. She’s an example of doing what we can to protect and support, but her story also goes to show that one ally, one support, is not enough. And that a world full of hate breaks everyone.
I got to play characters all about love in a show all about love with creatives I love. I have a sick job.

So excited to share my senior thesis, narrative film “The Photo Booth” 🎬📮📹
🎥 Behind the curtain of a dive bar photo booth, human vulnerability is exposed as strangers leave and receive anonymous secrets.

As the director of The Photo Booth, I wanted to explore the often unspoken truths that shape our lives. The film was inspired by the concept of real, raw, and anonymous confessions. Using real secrets, and camcorder footage, I aimed to create intimacy and authenticity, allowing each secret to feel immediate and personal. This film isn’t just about the stories in the booth, it’s about the courage to confront our own secrets and the empathy that arises when we listen to others. I hope audiences leave reflecting on their own secrets, the weight they carry, and the vulnerability that connects us all. ❣️
