✨ We love our CycleBar Ashburn community! We are excited to start spotlighting a new rider of the month - nominated by instructors themselves! ✨

Our October Rider Spotlight is Jessie Chew @nimue516
Jessie was nominated by @maddinthebar. Swipe to read why Madison nominated Jessie and read below to learn more about our rider of the month ❤️

NOW LET’S HEAR FROM JESSIE!
🚲 How has cycling changed your routine or mindset?
“I’ve been cycling both indoor and outdoor for 20 years, but has been stuck in a rut and getting bored. CycleBar has reignited my passion for Cycle and the classes have given me back that initial joy!”

🚲 What does this studio community mean to you?
“I adore the classes, the energy, and the people. My family jokes that if I go too long without Cyclebar I’m no fun to be around. It’s reenergizes me and fills my cup!”

🚲 What’s one cycling goal you’re working toward?
“Sustaining high speeds out of the saddle.”

🚲 What song would you pick to close out your perfect ride?
“Florence and the Machines’ Dog Days are Over. It’s my happy song.”

🚲 What would you say to someone who has been thinking about trying their first class but hasn’t taken the leap yet?
“It looks more intimidating than it is. We all started on our first ride and the community is the most supportive I’ve ever been in for a fitness class. We’re all just waiting to cheer on more riders!”
