a new era of flo.

it’s been a few weeks, and putting this whirlwind into words has felt overwhelming. there’s just been so much.

so much joy. so much presence. so much gratitude for the people building and sharing this with me.

flo is an extension of me, and now it’s held by so many special people. to feel that much love and connection, alongside the ever apparent knowing that i am exactly where i’m meant to be… i’m still taking it in, truly.

for every message, every kind word, every new person i’ve met, and every familiar one stepping into this next chapter with me…thank you.

and as this little dream continues, i remind you-
flo is for you.

@floyogastudios is a part of me. ✨

Tonight was so special! Not just because of the pizza (which was fire btw). But I taught my first Pilates class! If you told me last year at this time that I would be doing this I would’ve prob not believed you because WHAT!?

I am so so excited and can’t wait to continue to grow and learn - thank you so much @karalawsonisaac @daralisantiweber for your faith in me, your mentorship, and for creating such a beautiful space to teach which I’m so honored to be a part of.

Never forgetting the feeling of tonight which is pure bliss and gratitude, TYJ 🤍

Can’t wait to PULSE some more with y’all 😇🤸🏼‍♀️💃🏼
