Always find new ways to improve. Just because it did work doesn’t mean there isn’t a better way to do it. Something that worked in the past is not guaranteed to work in the future.

Taking ownership

Taking ownership is about not making excuses when you mess up.

Taking blame is not the easy way to go about things, but it is necessary in helping you grow. If you blame things that you do wrong on excuses, then you will not grow from the situation, you will just blame something else the next time it happens.

Although it is easy at the present time to just make excuses, you will benefit more in the future by taking ownership and learning from your mistakes.

When mistakes happen it is your job to figure out why that mistake happened, and how you can make the change so it won’t happen again!!!
