So last night, after 5 years of pole dancing, I finally performed a pole dance piece for the very first time and it was choreographed by yours truly! I am very grateful to @vvictorrrrp for giving me this opportunity to do this and honestly can't help but want to perform again soon 🥹🥹🥹 Thank you to @scb.comedy and @stephdogfoot for organizing this amazing, first ever pole and comedy show! I am also very honored to get the chance to perform with @cookieellevonn @thatjaidedance and @oakkarrr last night. Rehearsals and trying to prep for this was truly so fun and I really enjoyed it 😊😊😀 A special shout-out to @maddiecinal for helping me film this because my forgetful ass forgot to ask someone to help me 🤡🤡🤡 To @constanzz_zjy and @sheroot.poles , thank you so much for buying the last few tickets to come watch me 😗😗😗 @poleaerialdreamerj @maddymadeline_ @yourmainepoles for the love and support 🥰🥰🥰 #dancevideo #polejourney #poledance #poledancer #hustle #nightlife #poleshow #performance #debut

went on a hunt for another chicken recommendation by @dinokang (slide5 for more deets) thanks for all the recs, rly helpful in helping me navigate singapore’s food scene ☺️ ..yes ik the pic looks v ugly, it probably would’ve looked a lot nicer if i had all 3 chicken kebabs but i ate 2 of them before remembering to take a pic oops 😬😅 *swipe ➡️ for better pics of the inside texture shot haha not too sure if i got the right one bc there were quite a few (slide7) to choose from, but this seemed the most economical grams-wise 📍Don Don Donki @donkisg ($5.55) ——///—— 🐔 Smoked Chicken, 240g packet 🐔 [88kcal, 16.2g protein pictured] [264kcal, 48.6g protein for the whole pack] ➕v v flavourful! reminds me of smoked duck ➕THE MACROS yoooo and it feels substantial too, about the size of a protein bar which is usually 2.5x the calories with the same protein ➕2 of these and protein quota done for the day 🫡 ➕convenient to eat on the go (although there’s some juices in the bag so be careful) especially since they’re in slimmer chunks than the whole thick breasts ➕looks appetising (irl, my crappy picture does not do it justice) ➖$5.55 wallet crying 🥵🥵 ➖q a bit of sodium ➖a bit tougher than the 7-11 one but not in a bad way imo i enjoyed it 👉❇️ verdict: would buy again if if i’m out and need to get protein in (and if not so broke)
