in my wheel throwing, sourdough making, WFH with my dog on my lap era and I genuinely couldn’t be happier.

Moving to St. Pete has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I feel so incredibly grateful for this little life we’ve created here. A dream career with the love of my life, being able to work from home with Roo by my side all day, our creamy coastal happy little apartment, checking off things on my bucket list, and so many new experiences that make everyday feel so so exciting.

But most of all, I’m grateful for the people we’ve met here. We’ve been so lucky to find the most amazing friends who have made this place feel like home so quickly. The kind of friends who turn ordinary Tuesdays into memories, show up for the little things, and make this chapter even sweeter.

It really feels like we’re thriving in every part of our lives right now, and I don’t take a second of it for granted. Feeling so lucky to call this place home and to be surrounded by people who make life feel even more special.

St. Pete - you have our whole heart!

When I graduated high school my parents got me a banner which read, “be a voice, not an echo”. Four years later and I can proudly say that I not only found my voice, I found myself and a community of people and places that feel like home.

The last four years have taught me that you must first learn to build a home within yourself, and in time the right people, places and things with come into your life. During this time I stopped hiding from my insecurities and stopped chasing after people and things that only contributed to negative views of myself and my life.

Too often people walk around, imprisoned in their minds, too afraid to step outside of the boundaries they’ve set in place. Building a home in yourself means breaking down those walls and the many layers of your identity. It means having the courage to change, even if you don’t know what that entails. It means to deal with your shit no matter how uncomfortable it feels.

Surround yourself with good people and never forget that life’s not always about what you do but who you do it with:)

And just like that 3 years of being apart of a program that has completely changed my life is over. The incredible thing about LSDP though is that it is never completely over. The friendships that have been developed will last forever and the times and memories we shared will never fade. I love these people and this program and I am forever grateful to have had this opportunity to not only experience this amazing course but had the opportunity to lead it twice. I am extremely sad that this season of my life is over and I am extremely excited to see the people I have met grow into all that they are. I love you LSDP family 🤍
