Meet Maddy! 🐾
Maddy is a Cocker Spaniel puppy and quite possibly the most chilled-out puppy you’ll ever meet!
She was back in the salon for her second puppy introduction. Her mum had mentioned that Maddy was a little scared of the hairdryer when being dried at home.
But with lots of cuddles and reassurance, she was so relaxed that she even fell asleep while I was drying her! 🥰
Of course Hannah couldn’t resist coming for a cuddle too! 😂

4 month old Maddy doing amazing at her very first Pub Settle Session! 💙

She did a brilliant job learning to settle in a busy pub environment, relax on her mat and take in the world around her without needing to interact with everything going on.

Pub Settle Sessions are open to dogs of all ages — whether you’re teaching your dog to settle for the first time, or you’re looking to keep practising and proofing their settle in different environments.

Because learning to switch off is a skill at any age. 🤍

I was wandering why Bonnie would be so easily distracted or just was a little ‘meh’ when it came to commands, I’d call her name, she’d listen and then walk off…Engagement is what I needed to refine and WOW what a difference in how she responds to me and her commands. (Excuse the Christmas pjs 😂)

A big thank you to @maddytheshowcocker for the guidance 👏🏻❤️
