I had to take advantage of the 50% off on pre-workout before Friday, the last day! While I'm at it, I got a refill on their Recover Gummies that really helped me out before.

Go check out @made.alphas and support a #SATX company!

This was my post workout out shake / lunch. A delicious and filling meal after a good workout.
@made.alphas for the win with the chocolate milkshake protein powder I won in their giveaway.

I actually really like it. It turns out that I didn't read the instructions when I first made it and put the amount of water a different drink recommended and put too much water so the flavor wasn't as strong, but when you make it right, it's good!

It's a sad day. I finished my Recover gummies that I won from @made.alphas

I shared them with someone who has a very hard time falling asleep, worse than me. It helped them out, so when I get my income tax, I'm going to definitely buy more for both of us!

I'm not 100% recovered from this sickness, but I'm still making healthier choices and won't let this slow me down! I'll try to be more active here. Thank you all!!

@made.alphas Belly Burn review.

I finally tried this other supplement that was included in the prize that I won from their IG giveaway.

I wanted to try something different, so I took it in the morning before breakfast. I picked up some groceries today and have been busy, so I haven't been able to meal prep. I could've snacked, but I haven't been hungry. Also, I didn't drink any sort of caffeine today like I usually do and haven't felt the need to either. I was doing bicep curls earlier, and I usually do extra reps on my weaker arm. Today, thinking back, it was easier to do more reps, so I believe the increased muscle strength worked as well. So Made Belly Burn was 3 for 3 on delivering what it promised!

I finally got around to trying out part of my prize. I had been cramping, so I added a banana for potassium to assist with that. It tastes good enough with just water, so you don't need to use any sort of milk to make it taste good. This means you don't add any unnecessary calories. As I was recording, I saw it already had a good amount of potassium, lol. I'll let ya'll know about the other supplements later!

Thanks @made.alphas!
