PYRAMID OPENER ‘26 — MORE THAN THE FISH Back at Pyramid Lake, Nevada — HOME OF THE GIANTS. I hadn’t seen my best friend, @knockoutfishingco Brother Kyle, since January. Months go by, life gets busy, but put two brothers back on the water and it feels like no time has passed. It was a GRIND. Blue bird skies, sunny days, not the weather we wanted, long stretches without action, changing presentations, prayer and staying patient. But we kept dropping our jigs below us in 100 feet of water — and we had the sauce, eventually GET MADE on Kyle’s hand-tied jigs and leeches. 🙌🏼🔥🎣 But looking back, the fish weren’t the best part. It was the fellowship, the brotherhood. Fishing alongside brothers. Laughing. Talking about life. Encouraging each other. Figuring out the bite. Watching Pyramid sunrises and sunsets - realizing how short life can be and blessed we are just to be there…with each other. Big shoutout to Brother Will @sierrawildline & Brother Luke @rhatackle and Brother Tyler @trouttastic_ , Brother Josh @fortitude_anglers & Brother Mike @trout_titans Different crews, same water, same brotherhood.
