When I was in college, I wish someone would have asked me “What do you want your days to be like?” instead of “What do you want to do?”

When I was young, I couldn’t answer that question very well. I like a lot of different things! I couldn’t find a label, major or career definition to contain what I now understand as my creativity.

But if you asked me about my ideal day, I’d probably describe this place. Laughter, color, problem solving, good caring people, interesting work, resilience, creativity, and effort.

Today at @meetmigrate we celebrated @maddiefkennedy joining our team a year ago and @madebyaub joining two years ago.

Earlier this week, we were listed #8 on a list of the 50 fastest growing companies led by @miamiuniversity alumni (!!!) and so I keep thinking about my college self. She wanted this but didn’t have the language for it.

If I could go back, I’d tell her — you do not need a definition, only an idea of what you want to do today. How you spend your days is how you spend your life. If you keep following what you like, everything aligns over time.

So many of you have replied that this rebranding is so “me.” It has to be the COLOR! Which is your favorite?

For the past three years, I’ve had the honor of seeing Jen’s @magpiebyjenshoop dedication and love for her craft up close. There is nothing like it!!! On one of our first phone calls, she shared her goal of being published. Yesterday we celebrated the release of her first book, Small Wonders. I am so proud and excited. There are no words!!!

P.S. I didn’t know one of my biggest dreams was to be listed on an author’s acknowledgement page until yesterday when I read the last page of Jen’s book. 😭🕊️ Beyond special!
