I’m happy to announce that I’ll be attending the Herbal Cup Poland with Rituals of the Soul! 🙏🌿

Sometimes, life takes you to places you can only feel grateful for. Places where passion, tradition, and the power of heat come together. And sometimes, that passion leads you to a place filled with incredible people who share the same love for the art of sauna. ✨🙏🏼

Grateful for this beautiful opportunity to connect, inspire, and share my passion. 🤎🔥

AUFGUSS TIME 🔥🌿

Time to slow down.
Time to breathe.
Time to feel the heat.
Time to create an experience.

The sauna is more than heat —
it’s ritual, connection and a moment to be present. 🧖‍♂️✨

Aufguss time. My time.

My Passion, My Journey ❤️‍🔥

It’s hard to believe that it has already been almost two years since I started my journey as a sauna master.

When I started, I never imagined that I would discover such a deep passion for sauna and that it would become such an important part of my life. What started as something new has become a true passion — and a dream I want to keep chasing.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me, believed in me and stood by my side along the way. Every experience, every challenge and every person I’ve met has helped me grow.

I’m excited for what the future holds and for all the amazing experiences that are still to come.

And I want to take you with me on this journey. ❤️‍🔥

Because, in the end, I’m just a young sauna master who found his passion — and who wants to turn his dreams into reality.

This is only the beginning. 🔥

🌊 Daughter of the Water | Smoke Ritual

There is a moment where fire no longer burns…
It begins to whisper.

In the rising smoke, I meet the spirit of the water.
She does not speak in words, but in mist, silence, and breath.
She reminds us that true strength is never forced,it flows.

Each plume of copal smoke carries away what no longer belongs,
while every inhale invites clarity, softness, and remembrance.

This ritual is an offering to the unseen.
To the rivers that live within us.
To the emotions we have buried.
To the ancient wisdom that still echoes through water, stone, and forest.

Daughter of the Water is a journey of release, purification, and reconnection.
Not to become someone new,
but to remember who you have always been.

“Where smoke rises, the soul listens.
Where water flows, the heart remembers.”

🍊Alchemy begins with patience…

Today, under the guidance of sun and time, pink grapefruit peels found their resting place within the golden embrace of jojoba oil.

Drop by drop, essence meets essence.
What was once fruit of light slowly transforms into a fragrant elixir, carrying the vibrant spirit of citrus and the wisdom of slow creation.

In the old traditions, oils were not merely made — they were awakened.
Infused with intention, nurtured by time, and gifted by nature itself.

May this maceration carry the warmth of the sun, the freshness of new beginnings, and the subtle reminder that transformation asks not for force, but for patience.

🌿 The work of nature is never rushed.
