Fed up of fighting with blister packs every time you need your medication? 🙃

My hands don’t always cooperate, and trying to push tablets through those little packets can be ridiculously frustrating.

So once a week, I have my Sequence Health Pillar topped up and that’s me sorted.

It means I’m not wrestling with packets every day, I can see what I’ve taken, and it’s easy to throw in my bag when I’m out or travelling.

Such a simple little thing, but genuinely useful.

And yes, it comes in different colours.
