Since her freshman year, Marissa has poured her heart into cheering for Madeira High School. Today, that dedication turned into history!! 💙💛

For the first time ever, the Lady Stangs Competitive Cheer Squad has qualified for State. The hard work, determination, leadership, and belief it took to get here cannot be overstated. These girls are more than teammates, they are sisters who lift each other up, push each other forward, and show up every single day with grit and heart.

The coaches behind this program are nothing short of amazing, building not just skills, but confidence, character, and a culture of excellence. HUGE shout out to head coach Abby Horwitz James!

I’m SO proud of Marissa and every one of these athletes as they head to the OHSAA State Cheerleading Competition in the Game Day Non-Building category. No matter what happens next, you’ve already made history!

Go Lady Stangs! 📣

summer 2025 ✅

With the summer slowly coming to an end, this was one of THE most impactful and memorable last 2 months I could’ve had🫶🏽

SOOOO much teaching, tumbling, dancing, cheerleading and knowledge being taught!
I couldn’t ask for anything different!

Thank you so much to EVERY athlete, artist, coach, director and owner for all the time that was put into these amazing camps, clinics and choreography! YOU ALL MADE SO WORTH IT! 🫶🏽

To be taught and work next to THE BEST tumbling coaches & directors was such a blessing that i will forever be grateful for! You guys are the GOATS 🤞🏽

BEST OF LUCK to EVERY athlete and program I got to work with as we go into this next competition season! CANNOT WAIT TO SEE ALL OF YOU VERY SOON💙🤙🏽

A big thank you to Coach Abby for her dedication to growing Madeira’s cheer program and creating new experiences for these talented athletes! Her commitment to bringing stunting and more competition opportunities has allowed these young women to challenge themselves, step out of their comfort zones, and grow stronger together.
