With the continuous rising prices of beef (and brisket specifically), this will be our last Suadero Saturday for a while. We hate to have to take it off the menu, because we know how much you love it, it just doesn’t make sense with keeping our prices affordable.

So! Make sure you get in THIS SATURDAY (9/12) to get your fix. Highly, highly recommend reservations! We do have a finite amount, so come early and come hungry.

Smoked Chop

This beautiful bone-in duroc pork chop gets a pecan smoke, then grilled to order. As it sits on the grill, we coat it in a mango butter to give it a kiss of sweetness and that crispy char. Sat in the crook of the bone is our variation on elote, or street corn. Packed with flavor and the tiniest kick of heat from jalapeños, it pairs gorgeously with the smoke in the chop.

If you’ve been eyeing the chop, but have never ordered it, now is definitely the time. It’ll be coming off the menu soon, so get it while you can!

We love it, and know you will too.

ALITAS

Revamped and revised, we brought back our smoked adobo-buffalo wings! We smoke the wings, then fry and sauce to order. To complement the flavor, they are served with sweet pickled veg (carrot, green onion bulbs, garlic abs jalapeños) and a blue cheese lime crema. Smokey, spicy, sweet and creamy all on one plate.

Maybe the employees favorite snack will become your favorite too? Who’s to say 🤭

BARRAMUNDI

We take a white fish filet, coat it in a chipotle glaze, then sandwich it been banana leaves before throwing it on the grill to cook. This method preserves the moisture while also keeping the glaze in full contact with the fish, to really concentrate the flavor.
It lays on a bed of avocado, hominy, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and cilantro, a delicious crunchy summer treat.

New on the menu this week! We love summer foods so much.

This heat is brutal. So we’ve added our ceviche verde to the menu to keep you cool and satisfied!

Shrimp, cucumber, and purple onion in a delicious cilantro-lime broth topped with a chipotle aioli and a sidecar of fried saltines.

Chill, crispy, fresh. Everything you need in a hot summer heat wave!

Starts with sweetness from the strawberries, ends with boozy bitterness. The ultimate combo of blanco tequila, fresh berries & basil, tart lemon and bettersweet aperitivo.

Afternoon Siesta, on menu now 🍓
