9 to 5!!

This show was bittersweet and incredible in so many ways. I feel so grateful to have played Violet Newstead in my final production at my high school. 9 to 5 reminded me that women are capable of anything (even if they have to poison a man along the way 😜).
I am going to deeply miss everything about these past four years. I am going to miss the long rehearsals, seeing my best friends every day, the stressful auditions, and anxiously waiting by my computer for Ms. Mack to release the cast list. I’ll miss getting sushi after rehearsal and the nerves during tech week wondering if I even know my lines.
I truly could not have asked for a better cast, crew and production to end my senior year and I’m so lucky to have been part of this family 💜

Arielle is 11! She had a great birthday and says thank you for all the birthday wishes! Tradition donuts in the morning, a class and teacher that celebrated her, surprise lunch with her friends and me in my classroom, a piano lesson, and her choice of dinner and trivia with her grown-up friends for our weekly game! We ended the night cuddling in bed while we 4 reminisced about her birth DAY!

Relly has grown so much and yet she’s the same she’s always been: funny, thoughtful, curious, loyal, stubborn, kind, wise, articulate, and friendly! She’s a sweet sister and a fun daughter who keeps us on our toes. She has shown great poise and maturity in her tween years, and we can’t wait to see all the great things she does! I love her singing voice, her sketches and drawings, her song lyrics she’s always writing, and her zest for creating characters and stories. She chooses friends carefully and then loves them fiercely. She’s hot and cold and then hot again, but her devotion and desire to please her family override any prickles that come up. She’s a special girl, that Arielle, and I’m so glad she joined our family 11 years ago!
