We had so much fun camping this weekend. We totally didnt want to leave. Ben and Jon had to do some roadkill mechanicing to fix Jon's transfer case. He broke it like the first 20ish minutes on the trail Thursday. Luckily we found the part nearby and had him fixed and back on the trail in 24 hours. Mikey (OG Maverick member) was able to meet us Saturday and wheel with us. Always great when we can get on the trail together. Luckily I had Monday off, so the girls and I packed a picnic and drove back over to Naches and played in the creek for a few hours and finished our fun day at Scoops 🫶 going to be sad setting my alarm for work tomorrow after having 6 days off, but worth it to spend some extra time with the family 💜

These 2 little gals 🫶 They are smart, sassy, strong willed, and just the perfect balance of Ben and I. Motherhood is hard. It literally takes a village, and I wouldnt be able to be half the mom I am without mine. From bad ass babysitter (mama Tina @hook8001 ), to an auntie they can always call on @lindsay_rn07 , the spirit of Grandma Sherrian and of course Nannie @madelynrailing plus their long lived great grandmas who have seen some shit 🤘 These girls are tough. They ask questions and want justice. I love being a girl mom, even if I'm insane half the time, but these gals are coming up right and I love being a fierce advocate for my girls and their future! These kids now a days will burn it down and I'm here for it 🙌 I will have their backs always. Ain't no hood like motherhood 🫶 🥂 Here's to my mama friends, keeping it together, raising decent and caring humans. I love the shit out of you and if no one has told you today, you're doing a fucking fantastic job 💜

Rest easy grammie, you have certainly earned it 👼 Grammie Barbie- 4/6/1923- 4/2/2026 2 weeks ago grammie was having a particularly odd day. We thought she was declining really fast. I was sick and my mom said you need to call. She's talking to a baby that's not here! So I pulled myself together leaving urgent care and called. She told me she had gotten a lot of calls that day. I was thinking yeah, the grandkids and things. She said "in fact my friends called and they want to go to dinner tonight but its the same time as mass." The majority, if not all of her friends have passed on. So I told her, "after all these years, I think you can skip mass and go to dinner with your friends. We won't be sad if you want to go out with them. We will understand." Being a devout catholic of nearly 103 years really instills the guilts 😂 but I really thought that would be our last conversation. Thankfully it was not. Exactly 2 weeks later, she's going to have dinner with her friends tonight in heaven 🥹 She passed peacefully surrounded by her kids. I know she was greeted by grandpa, her son Danny and all of the people she loved who beat her there. I know she felt lonely in recent years, and said she was ready to go, but the good lord wasn't ready yet. Her loneliness and sorrows are gone. She had a long life, and experienced so much in the last century. I'm grateful she was here for as long as she was and got to meet all of her great grand kids 💜 Rest in peace grammie

Happy Birthday to the best mama and nannie ever 💜 We are so lucky to call you ours, and the kids are soo lucky to have a nannie that will drop everything to take them whenever they need some special time or arent feeling the best. You always make them feel so special, and give them each the love and attention they are needing in the moment, just like you did for us. I dont know what we would do without you 🥹 we love you so much 💜

One Oh Two... 🥳 my grammie, Barbara June, born April 6th, 1923 was able to celebrate her 102nd birthday today with her family 💜 the local grandkids all made it, and all but one great grandkid was there today. It was so nice to see my cousins, even for a quick visit. We're all so busy, it's hard to make time to get together. Today was a good day, even if we had to drive "all the way" to Seattle, as Reese said 😂

Had a great visit with grandma today 💜 the kids LOVE going to see grandma because they get to ride the ferry and her toys are apparently way more fun! We forced papa to get in the picture with us kids, and of course he chooses the back holding Riann 🤣 They opened presents and got to stay the night on the island with great grandma, nannie, pops and great aunt Debbie 🥰

Christmas was a blast. The kids slept in, and we opened stockings then presents, and on to Auntie Lindsays house to be with the family for the rest of the day. The kids were all spoiled. The bigs got RC cars and spent most of the day outside racing them around. Ben swapped batteries so many times 🤣 we surprised the kids with a trip to Great Wolf Lodge, because uncle Patrick @lotus_cobra_studio sent a gift card. We sent them on a scavenger hunt all around the house to find clues. They worked so well together to solve each riddle, and figure out the next piece. It was so fun! Baby bear did what she does best and cheered the kids on with their cars and stopped by for snuggles and snacks. She got a new to her purse and she couldn't be happier. Merry Christmas, I hope your day was filled with love, laughter and that you were able to feel the magic of the season, even if it was hard 💜 Photo credit solely to @lindsay_rn07 because I suck at it, and took none... except for a picture of her new kicks, that are half size too small for me. So she got to keep them 🤣😘

Today was the annual Christmas tree hunt. No tag soup for us 🤣 it was a great time the kids played, went sledding and fed the birds. I made ben walk a long ways to find the best tree 🫣 but it was worth it. Can't wait to bring it in and decorate 💜 Christmas will be here before we know it 😭

We had a great Thanksgiving with my side of the family 💜 Riann thought eating all the food was pretty cool, the bigs, not as much. We have so much to be grateful for and family is definitely top of the list. Thanks to my sister for taking some pictures. I swear the big kids are all over the place and so hard to actually get pictures of 🤣 but they had a great day too! Christmas trees tomorrow 🤩

I took today off, not because I had plans or things to do, just because. I got to see Reese off on her 5 day adventure with Nannie, auntie and Jack. Then Riann and I just got stuff done around the house. Some laundry, some toy disposal and went and looked at some property. I was so nice to have a day to do nothing, in the middle of the week. Thank you to Christina for holding down the fort in my absence and to Mom and Lindsay for taking Reese on this super fun trip. I feel very blessed 💜
