A photo won’t do it.

Neither will a video.

45 White Oak was designed to be experienced—the way the spaces flow, the way the materials feel, the quiet it creates when you’re standing inside it. That’s not something you can scroll past and understand.

This home was built for people who get that restraint is a creative decision. That materials are more beautiful with age. That architecture, done right, actually changes how you feel in a space.

The home is available for sale now at an improved price and can be purchased fully furnished with pieces sourced from around the world.

Reach out to schedule a private showing.

We have exciting news! In-yo is Hive Architects’ third project to be featured on America ByDesign. Season 7, Episode 7 will air Saturday, September 19th at 9PM.

The design of In-yo is informed by the Japanese concept of complementary duality, in which opposing conditions coexist in mutual dependence rather than contradiction. Light and shadow, solid and void, enclosure and openness are treated as interrelated forces that define the architecture's spatial and experiential qualities.

📺 Watch at 9:00 PM EDT on CBS News or stream it on the CBS News app, Pluto TV, The Roku Channel, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, and other streaming platforms.
We can't wait for you to see it!

Working Together is the @brickandwonder podcast: real conversations with the people shaping our industry, on design, real estate, and architecture. No two episodes cover the same kind of project: one week it's a custom home, the next it's a museum, a restaurant, or an 80-unit rental building. Collaboration is always the constant.

• International African American Museum: the landscape design behind it. Walter Hood @hooddesignstudio, joined by his friend and fellow architect Mark Robbins @robbinsm10 Season 2, Episode 3.

•@45whiteoak: a custom home built without a client in mind. @nickschiffer of @nsbuilders and James Robb, co-founder of @maderasurfaces. Season 2, Episode 9.

• Gourmega: a Soho restaurant built on the site of Manhattan's first Black settlement by @mariamissoufou_architects. Season 3, Episode 3.

• The Eve at 827 Sterling Place: an 80-unit Crown Heights rental with 23 income-restricted apartments that drew 10,000 applications. Seth Weissman, founder and president of @usc_nyc, and Josef Goodman, founder and principal of @haussmanndevelop. Season 2, Episode 6.
