I don’t even know how to begin to say goodbye to a sport that I’ve been playing nonstop for 6 years other than that these have been the best years of my life. This sport has given me everything I could have asked for and much more: from younger and older sisters and many memories from out-of-state tournaments to drawing on the whiteboard in the office. I will miss every moment I’ve had on and off the floor and I’m sure I’ll have many late nights wishing I could play just one more point. There isn’t any group of girls I would have rather spent my last season with, and I know everyone is going to go on to do great things.
On to the next big thing. Thank you volleyball and my village that has helped me all these years.
