This is the calibre of homes we design, and the craftsmanship it takes to get there.

An insight into our Mosman House 7

A large scale renovation of a three level heritage home, taken back to its bones and rebuilt with intent.

Reworking the staircase unlocked the entire plan, allowing the kitchen to be relocated and the living area to open toward the north facing balcony over Balmoral. Every room was reimagined and reconfigured, with internal walls and doors repositioned, to suit the brief.

Behind every detail lies the skill of the builder, the trades and the master craftspeople who brought it to life.

We are so excited to show you what we have been up to on site for our Mosman House 5 project.

After a year of redesigning this three level home, it is so rewarding to see the space completely stripped out, and the new interiors we designed taking shape. The expert craftsmanship from our builders and trades has been executed with such attention to detail, following our plans with such absolute precison.

Thank you @siaresmarketing for capturing this for us, we can’t wait for the final reveal.

Temperatures across Australia 🇦🇺 are on the rise!
If we don’t want to have an ICF fire-safe house, we might want to have comfortable temperatures indoors and pay zero dollars for the electricity bills.

In the thermometer photo, we can see without AC in one of the Sydney ICF homes yesterday the internal performance of AC present a cool livable place.
Data always talks for itself.

It’s amazing how cool it is inside an ICF home. Cool, safe and quiet.
Don’t compromise on less than ICF when you build your new home. ICF - insulated Concrete Forms are the only formwork that creates good skeleton foundations, finishes are per everybody's taste and budget. There is no competition today to that insulation, strength and R Values.
