Key Hadith: Asma’ bint Abi Bakr (RA) reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Spend, and do not count, otherwise Allah will also count for you".

The Warning: Another narration states: "Do not withhold your money by counting it (i.e., hoarding it), for if you did so, Allah would also withhold His blessings from you".

Meaning: This advises against miserliness and hoarding money in vaults, urging believers to trust that charity brings abundance and brings blessings rather than poverty.

Context: This advice is often cited in the context of relying on God (Tawakkul) rather than hoarding, ensuring that excessive love of money does not hinder generosity.
