wyld teacher Chill & Spill

Last night was one of those evenings you wish you could bottle up.

Perfect summer weather.
Real conversations.
Lots of laughter.
So many hugs.
A table full of colorful, fresh food that everyone brought to share.

These nights remind me that community isn’t built in big moments. It’s built around tables, in backyards, through honest conversations, shared meals, and simply showing up for one another.

Thank you, Kellie, for opening your beautiful home. Thank you, Tom and Mik, for the beautiful music that made us all want to linger a little longer. And thank you to every WYLD teacher who continues to make this community feel like home. 🤍

This is my friend Madi.
mom of many, heart of gold 💛

She gives everything to her family.

But here’s what we forget sometimes
we can’t pour from a depleted place.

Living Wyld gives her space to reset.
To regulate.
To come back to herself.

And that changes everything.

Because when we feel whole…
we love our people differently.

Take a slow breath and look at these moments with me.
Comment CROATIA if you want all the details.

Every time a retreat ends I feel this mix of gratitude and tenderness.
You see the laughter.
The quiet mornings.
The breakthroughs that took no words at all.
The friendships that formed in a single week.
The softness that showed up the minute these women finally had space to breathe.

A collage never captures everything
but it holds enough to remind you what it felt like.

To wake up with the sun.
To move your body without rushing.
To sit at long tables and talk about the things you never say out loud.
To feel held by a group of women who cheer for your joy like it is their own.

And we get to do it again next summer.
Croatia is waiting for us
the water
the salt air
the slow mornings
the long dinners
the kind of connection that stays with you long after you go home.

If your heart tugged even a little
if something inside whispered that you need this
comment CROATIA and I will send you everything.
