i can’t believe season 29 is over!! i’m so sad and so proud all at the same time. I feel so lucky to be able to coach at my happy special place. Being apart of this program is life changing & I have to give a s/o to @melindamcnatt on this one because SOT wouldn’t be what it is (or even exist lol) without you. She never asks for credit, pictures or praise, but gives her heart (& sleep schedule) to this program and every person in it.

To the athletes in this program who really get it, i feel so lucky to have worked with you!! If I could share about every practice, every “you got this”, all the laughs (and tears), all the hugs and star light circles I would. I feel so grateful to be able to work with people who love the place that shaped me💓

To the girl gang coaching staff + big mike and all the athletes, i love you BIG!! What you do doesn’t go unnoticed & being able to share this sacred place with you makes my heart happy.

The end of a special era! 🩷🩷🩷

This has truly been the best 12 years of my life. 12 years ago i couldn’t picture my life without Spirit of Tyler and still won’t be able to. This gym has truly impacted my life and i couldn’t be more thankful for it. I’m going to miss being with my sisters and family everyday, I will forever cherish all the moments and memories made at this gym. This gym has been my home since i walked through the doors at just 5 years old. Sot has formed me into who i am today, the amazing coaches, people and environment. I’ve met a lifetime of family and friends and i will forever be grateful for it. I’m proud of the one last run with my best friends on stage, we put our hearts on the mat one last time altogether. If i could redo it i would in a heartbeat. I hate to leave this special chapter of my life behind, but i will never forget it. Thank you @spiritoftyler for not only being a gym, but also my home. I couldn’t have pictured a better 12 years spent anywhere else, i’ve truly enjoyed every moment given and will always be cheering for sot from afar. I will always hold such high love and loyalty to this family of mine. I love you SOT. I will forever hold these memories and people in a special place of my heart forever. #STINGERSUP #SOT4lyfe #3rd
