“This summer, I had the incredible opportunity to serve as a Rho Gamma, and it was truly one of the most rewarding experiences I have ever had. Being able to lead and guide a group of new members through the recruitment process was such a special responsibility. I loved being someone they could turn to for advice, encouragement, and reassurance during what can be an exciting but also overwhelming time. Getting to know each of them, watch their confidence grow, and help them navigate each step of the process was incredibly meaningful. I learned so much about leadership, patience, communication, and the importance of simply being there for others. Most importantly, I was grateful to build genuine connections with my girls and create memories that I will always cherish. Serving as a Rho Gamma reminded me how much I enjoy helping others feel supported, confident, and excited about new experiences, and it is an opportunity I will forever be thankful for.“
