He is RISEN!! ✝️

I watched The Passion for the first time last night… and I don’t think I’ll ever see the cross the same again. The weight of it, the pain, the sacrifice… it makes you realize what Jesus actually endured for you and I… and how much it truly cost.

And honestly, this week has felt heavy. Losing my grandpa has had me sitting in that same kind of ache… and I keep thinking about how they must have felt on Friday. Watching someone they loved die, not understanding why, feeling like everything just ended.

But it didn’t end there.

Because Sunday came. The tomb was empty. Just like He said it would be!!

“He is not here; He has risen.” — Matthew 28:6

Every prophecy fulfilled. Every promise kept. And I’m reminded that even when it feels like the end… God is still working. There is still hope. There is still life beyond what we can see in the moment.

Because the same power that raised Jesus from the grave… changed everything for us too 🤍
