This is my gratitude post for today!!

This is a video from the Beaverhead Ultra Race. I've done this several times. It is spectacular! The views are incredible. It takes big effort to get there and to survive it and to finish it. All worth it!!! Every time I go I try to find a small Rock from the top to put in my pocket. Just a little reminder in my pocket that I can do hard things if I try. I hope the things in your pocket give you positive reminders of what you are capable of and what you can do!!! 👊⚡👊

The “6️⃣ Self-Assure Reframes” that took me from “YOU RUINED YOUR LIFE…” to “YOU ENHANCED YOUR LIFE TREMENDOUSLY!”❗️

• Asking for help is connection, and you’ll get real, raw solutions to real-life problems; the wisdom of others coming from their own paths of lessons.

• Stress opens the door to know yourself, your unique needs for care, and creating abundance for yourself with $, relationships, and joy.

• You build rapport with yourself and others and enhance your life tremendously. Your self-trust YOU BUILD cannot be taken from you. THAT IS CONFIDENCE.

• When you stress and open your heart, you realize that the support you seek has walked the path you are walking for the very first time many, many times. ❗️AGE DOES NOT MATTER HERE | LIFE PATH & EXPERIENCES DO❗️

• With one small action every day, you can take yourself from a victim mindset to a hero mindset in mere days, even when things feel heaviest in a specific aspect of your life.

• You’re allowed to be doing REALLY well in one aspect of your life and struggling in another; don’t let one bleed into the other. All of you and your reality are sacred. This takes emotional mastery.

Stress is INEVITABLE. But when did we forget it is our driver towards our highest value life rather than the perfect excuse to break us?!

Stress is allowed to suck TERRIBLY and also BUILD you at the same time.

All of these challenges and struggles that I’ve never faced before are perfect opportunities to expand my knowledge and wisdom in life and to up level everything that I already do.

My advice to you if you’re going through an incredibly hard time is don’t miss out on the opportunities presented to you to become more proficient with your life.

Allow them to move you. Change is inevitable so you might as well work it in the direction of a positive, strong, and more self-assured tomorrow!

Time to master your mind ✨

Don’t have a group of girls to run with? Create it. They don’t show up? Go anyways. If YOU set an example of showing up, they will eventually come.

I was all alone last week for this run and SEVEN women showed up for me the next week. Create the group.
