This summer I peeled myself off of the Pulse schedule quite a bit to relax & recharge. I focused a lot on behind the scenes work & private classes/training. Looking back now, we actually had quite a busy summer at Pulse with our private classes.

1. Cheering on @umddanceteam before camp + doing a grounding and visualization exercise. The gals benefit from it tremendously. Forever my angels ❤️

2. Summer #2 with @northernhockeydp providing yoga for the gals. They work their butts off all summer long. Yoga is incredibly crucial for hockey players and I love how much they end up enjoying it.

3. Multiple bachelorette parties this summer! These are so fun and always popular.

4. @imperiumdanceduluth at Pulse taking our signature burn class. Dancers need more strength training in their lives for all of the physical demands of dance (kicks, leaps, jumps, turns). We’re also very excited to continue a collab with Imperium this year starting 9/14: Monday nights 8pm at Pulse is a Burn class dedicated for Imperium dancers only to come train. 💪🏻 Courtney & I are really excited to bring this vision to life that is sadly lacking in the dance and dance team world.

5. Back at 218 dance for year 3 at their summer intensive! These kids are always such rockstars and work so hard.

6. 1:1 yoga session for @umdsoccer during their pre season. Just like the hockey players, these gals are hella tight in their hips, glutes and quads. They also ran over 35 miles in one week and were so relived to rest and recharge.

7. Year 2 at Madill for their summer intensive week as well. The gals are such hard workers and were looking sooo strong!

8. Yoga for the Thunder Bay Queens hockey team at the @northernhockeydp elite prospects weekend. We had a nice stretch out during the midst of their long weekend of skills + games. Definitely follow Northern Hockey DP because my friend Reagan is doing amazing things & providing exceptional experiences for female hockey players in the Northland.

We’re picking back up now with fall around the corner! Plan ahead for this winter with your groups, teams, friends, co workers, etc. ❤️

DX Nationals photo recap of the week! ✨
So proud of the Rockettes for coming home 1st place champions! These girls work so hard and have grown so much this year!
We are so grateful for the @madillpac staff for teaching, supporting, and loving Aubrey! 🖤❤️
Aubrey also placed 2nd overall in her first ever solo! Watching her be more and more confident and comfortable on stage has been truly incredible! The biggest shout out to Stef, @stef.amick for her choreography, pushing Aubrey to improve, and always showing up for her! Thank you to Hadley for being the best CA and role model we could ask for! 🫶🏼

1 Day until Nationals, so here is my last solo from this season. This solo is very special to me because i got to dedicate it to shimia and her family.

SHIMIAS STORY

Cancer may have taken Shimia away from all of us but it didn’t take the inspiration she left on us all. Shimia was a big sister, a friend, and a role model to me and i will forever miss her. Thank you to Shimia’s family for letting me do this solo in her honor.

Thank you @jocelynshykes for choreographing this special piece for me.

𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗣 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗦 𝟮 𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 ✨

These dancers rose to the occasion, pushing themselves beyond just technique to truly command the stage.

Competing for Leap Title is one of the weekend’s biggest accomplishments, challenging dancers to stand out through both solo performance and improv.

Congratulations to all of this year’s incredible Title Winners 💜

Recital 2026! One more to go with my favorite people! ❤️🖤

The girls had their first dance recital together today, we got the best of both worlds… Navy crushing it up on stage and Hattie peaking out from behind the curtain during her performance—nonetheless proud of these two girls, it was a very long day but just one of those days I’ll always look back on and remember forever ❤️🖤

so proud to be their mama!
