Attempted to mix up our mode of transportation on our trip to AZ with plane rides, train rides, boat rides, and horse rides! We all fell in love with the Arizona sun and living by the pool in the middle of October. It was so fun seeing extended family we haven’t seen in a while and celebrating my cousin’s wedding! Our trip to Arizona felt like the perfect little vacation! We will definitely be visiting again soon! ☀️

hi everyone 🥹🫶🏻 I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself !! my name is madi selee and I am the founder of the company Nervy Co @nervy.co 🌸✨💓💋 I created this company and brand because I feel so deeply passionate about ending the stigma around mental health. I personally have had my own journey with dealing with different stages of anxiety throughout life and more recently, with depression in my 20’s. I never want anyone to feel alone and I never ever want someone to feel so alone they feel it is best that they weren’t here with us- these feelings are all too common and all too stigmatized to talk about. there has never been a more important time to change the stigma than right now. every life is valuable, irreplaceable and worth saving. that is why I created the @nervy.co brand that provides messages of hope, love, and boldness surrounding mental health and personal obstacles surrounding mental health- including seasons of difficulty, diagnoses of mental health disorders or unexpected trauma or tragedy that can take us from a very stable state to unstable quickly. we are never alone and this brand is proof of that. the purpose of nervy co is for every person who wears the clothing to be reminded of their worth and for every person that interacts with the person who is wearing the message, to be reminded of their worth as well ✨🪐🥹 to wear the message, click the link in my bio 🙂 let’s end the stigma !!!! you are never alone !!!! you are so loved !!!! remember to hold on and that no feeling or situation has to be final !!! ever !!! our world and happiness can change and return !!! if you’re struggling and need immediate help, please call 988 with any mental health concern in crisis !!! it’s not embarrassing and it’s not something to feel shame around, get the help you need my friends !!! xoxo, madi (aka nervy) 💓🌸🥹💋 #mentalhealthawareness #seekinghelpisnotaweakness #healingfromdepression #healingfromanxiety #therapyisawesome #therapyiscool #positivethinking #selfcaretips #selfcareisforeveryone #findingatherapist #selfcaretips
