Recruitment 2026 ♥️ an experience I’ll carry with me forever.

Serving as VP Recruitment has taught me so much more than I ever expected. I’ve learned that leadership isn’t just about having a plan or being the person in charge, it’s about listening, communicating, trusting the people around you, staying calm when things don’t go as planned, and being willing to grow through every challenge.

This experience pushed me outside of my comfort zone and taught me so much about the kind of leader I want to be. There were moments that tested me, moments that made me proud, and so many moments that reminded me why I love this chapter so much. I’ve grown not only as a leader, but as a person, and I’m so grateful for every lesson along the way.

Getting to pour my heart into Alpha Gam and help create a week where women could find the same home that has meant so much to me is something I will always be proud of.

A huge shoutout to my incredible recruitment team, who showed me what true teamwork looks like and reminded me that the best leaders don’t do it alone. You were truly the backbone of recruitment, and I could not be more grateful for the time, energy, and heart each of you poured into making this week so special.

Forever grateful for this chapter, this experience, and the women who helped me become a better version of myself. 🌹

Inspire the woman, impact the world. ❣️

Thank you for taking the time to learn about and speak on our philanthropy today. Fighting Hunger is AGD’s focus, and it’s one we can see the impact of locally — the High Point area ranks among the highest in the country for food insecurity, and the city itself is considered a food desert. We are so glad we were able to show some of the work we do to help through fundraising, food drives, and partnerships. Thanks for spending this round with us, excited for what’s next. 🌟

Shoutout to our amazing philanthropy team ran by our VP of Philanthropy, @oliviagiordano1103 as well as her two awesome directors @bailey.hatchett & @gianna_colao !!! 🖤
