Today I took my two darling daughters to @bodyvisionpiercingandtattoo for their much-anticipated ear piercing appointment, with my beautiful friend Maddison looking after us. ✨

And while I was there, I thought… if I’m always dreaming, why not decorate my own little head with a solar system? 🪐🌙✨

So, naturally, I did.

Thank you so much, @madisonsewell_ , for squeezing me in and helping me finally adore these ears that have never been particularly good at listening to sense, but have always seemed to listen to the stars. ✨

Now I have my very own little constellation - a reminder that if you’re going to spend your life dreaming, you may as well wear a little piece of the universe with you. 🌙🪐💫

Last night I shared I’ve been working with leather but what you don’t know is this is actually the second piece I ever made a couple of months ago and it was a gift for my dear friend @madisonsewell_ who I’ve known since she was just a wee teenager working in a footwear store.
She recently got engaged to her sweetheart and I wanted to give her something special to commemorate it and share my joy the only way I know how, making things for the people I love!

I used my @cricut_anz and some HTV to put their initials on the piece.

While she doesn’t smoke, I thought it would make a cool decor piece to store the lighter used for candles around the house. Better than that plastic bic thing glaring at you 👀 or as a bag charm and lipstick holder

You know when a friendship just feels like magic?

I’ve never been particularly practical.

I’m more of a wear the magical outfit, say yes to the cocktail, stay out a little too late and deal with the consequences tomorrow kind of woman. 😂✨

Until I met Adam…

So celebrating Practical Magic 2 with my girl Maddison felt particularly appropriate. 🖤✨

A magical, witchy night with my little witch - the lime to my coconut. 🥥🍋

She was dressed all in black, carrying her crow bag, which felt strangely perfect for the occasion. 🐦‍⬛✨

And me? I’ve never wanted to be predictable.

She’s dark, witchy magic. I’m a walking explosion of colour. Somehow, together, it works perfectly.

Practically perfect. 😂✨

Add beautiful cocktails from Curative before the movie, a whole lot of laughter, and honestly… what more could this wildly impractical woman want? 🍸💫
