If you know me AT ALL, you know how difficult it was for me to make this! BUT when a dear friend calls wanting THIS for her first grandbaby, I understood the assignment! #handembroidery #madewithlove #auburnuniversity #auburnalabama #growwithmesweater

This past week in NYC. Things to not miss out on are @lostacos1 for the best tacos around, take a cooking class at @ateliersucre_ny (we made the best croissants), stroll through Little Italy during the Festival of San Genarro and you can never go wrong with a broadway. I've seen @moulinrougebway 3 times but the bonus was seeing @mrbradybaby and @tayediggsinsta performance. Fabulous!

I can't believe we're with our baby on her birthday but we're not complaining. Happy 33rd Birthday to the one that taught us everything we know and then some. 🎂

Late last year, during a routine MRI for an upcoming sinus surgery, doctors found two meningioma brain tumors—one paraclinoid and one tentorial. After consultations at Johns Hopkins and UAB Kirkland Clinic, both doctors recommended a “wait and watch” approach along with eye exams every six months.

At my most recent eye exam, there were signs the tumor was putting pressure on my optic nerve. A follow-up MRI at UAB confirmed it, and since the tumor is small but pressing on my optic nerve (causing headaches and vision problems), the doctors recommended surgery.

My surgery is scheduled for September 17th. While it won’t be easy, we’re hopeful since this type of tumor is typically benign and it’s being caught early.

I would be so grateful for your prayers—for me, Brandon, and our children—as we walk through this. To everyone who has stood by my side since the beginning, thank you deeply for your love, support, and prayers. ❤️
