June 11th-14th in Nevada City at the @madronestudios @jrow a group of about 10 folks total participated in @solestialchurch first Hollow Bone medicine music retreat w/ @madhuanziani @matty_mc_d @carlitosnavarro81 @ashelseasunz as facilitation team…It didn’t matter if you were new to song writing or a seasoned touring musician, we processed our music histories and traumas around self expression, uniquely wrote, recorded, and shared music in a ceremonial setting, and nourished ourselves with yoga, watermelon, and redwoods.

Ecstatic dance with bass music before giving offerings to the Yuba River was a treat..

⛰️🌸 I’m back in the Rockies and I’ve got some beautiful events coming up! 🦌 Tonight is Songs of the Wild with RootFlute & Saoirse at Nevei Kodesh!

I’m especially happy with the names of all of these events, which indicates the themes that my music aligns with.

🐅 It’s a wild ancient future transcending reality while rooting into the soil, an integral ritual dance of earth moon sun and stars, cultivating universal unison as we expand and collapse through the cosmos.

Let me know which events I’ll see you at and message me for links or find them in my bio!

If you’re reading this, Huge gratitude for being part of my journey. I couldn’t do this without you ✨

This project was such an exceptional experience. Stoked to be a part of shooting and executive producing IMAX CUBA. @cubathemovie - After so much transition in my life over the past 2 years away from client work, I am grateful to have more time to pursue more of my own creative ideas. Can’t wait to get the next projects underway!! This is a short edit of what we shot on our trip to Havana some of which was used in the film. Even though this was some years ago I’m finally getting around to sharing it on here 😂 @madronestudios #havana #cuba #director #cinema #executiveproducer #director of photography
