Another senior right of passage done. This one is not for the feint of heart, but we persevered through Senior parking spot day. The feels like was 112°, the paint dried as soon as we put it on the pavement. But it turned out great and we have one happy senior!🥰

Track banquet 2026! I am so thankful I received recognition for highest GPA, record holders for DMR, 1600, 4x800, going to states and MVP! This track season has been a roller coaster. In the beginning it was really hard for me and I almost quite. But once I re focused myself on God, I started to see a difference. I was able to run with joy again and I pr in the mile and 800! I’m so excited to run next season and train with all my girls over the summer 💜🧡

Kowboy Invitational brought 3 new PRs for the girls!🎉🎉 Mady finally broke though her 2:30 barrier for a 2:29 800 and both girls took two seconds off of their previous PRs in the mile, Alex at 5:42 and Mady 5:43. Love having both girls in the same place every weekend and seeing them push each other🥰

I would like to thank Horizon Cross Country for the past 4 years of memories, friends, and competition. Being able to participate in this program is something I’m extremely grateful for, and something I’ll never forget. It’s pushed me past my limits mentally, leading me to learn and grow as a person and athlete, lessons of determination and hard work I will carry with me for life. Many of my greatest memories were made with this team, and every second made the world to me. Thank you again

So happy to end our year with our third trip to States for Mady and first for Alex. To have these sisters experience it together, made it my favorite year yet! Our team came in ranked 21st and through the humidity and heat we placed 16th! Not bad for our little team that could, we only had 6 girls in the post season and each of those girls showed up, supported and cheered each other on. I am so proud of Mady and Alex, what a great end to an amazing season!

What an amazing day! Both the boys and girls teams advance to states after running their hearts out at regionals! Both girls ran their best races of the season earning Mady a course PR and her best time of the season and Alex a new PR. Each girl on the team pushed through that course and earned amazing times with all 5 scoring girls finishing sub 21, they were projected 7th and finished 6th! Boys cranked out PR’s and school records earning them 6th as well after being seeded 8th! Way to go Hawks!
