The dining room is never quite the same, from one season to the next.

Over the years, Kadeau Copenhagen has taken on many different expressions, and changing the look and feel of the restaurant has become part of the rhythm of each season.

For Preservation Season especially, the room becomes another way of preserving and sharing our connection to Bornholm. The artworks that fill the restaurant are created by artists from V1 Gallery who visited Bornholm during the summer, spending time on the island and drawing inspiration from its landscapes, colours, materials and atmosphere. Their work carries something of those experiences back to Copenhagen, creating another form of preservation beyond the food itself.

This week, the restaurant evolves once again for Preservation Season.

We are forever indebted to all the artists who have contributed their very special works to the restaurant over the years. Thanks to @bleocollective for always helping us to transform our spaces with beautiful colours, and to @v1gallery for their continued collaboration.

📍CHART, 28.–30. august, Kunsthal Charlottenborg, Kongens Nytorv 1, 1050 København K.
📍Enter Art Fair, 28.-30. august, Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 København SV.
