A little appreciation post for the most incredible team 🩵 Watching everything come together this week honestly filled my heart with so much joy. I am SO proud of what we have created, and so incredibly grateful for the people I get to do this with. Our teachers have absolutely blown me away this summer. The choreography, the ideas, the creativity and the attention to detail is just incredible. But there is also SO much that goes into creating these routines that people don’t always see - hours spent finding and cutting music, sourcing costumes, planning concepts, making changes and working out all the tiny details that eventually bring a piece to life. And what makes this team really special goes so far beyond the work they create… I am lucky enough to work alongside teachers who truly know how to bring out the very best in every student. Teachers who care so deeply about our kids, who believe in them, push them, encourage them and pour so much love and passion into everything they do. This summer has been exhausting 😂 - 47 brand new routines complete - YES 47! So many hours, so many rehearsals and so much going on behind the scenes - but seeing the result on Sunday made every single bit of it worth it. And it really has been a TEAM effort. A huge thank you to the lovely parents and grandparents who have given up their time to sew, rhinestone, organise costumes and tackle the never-ending list of little jobs that somehow need doing! We appreciate you more than you know. There is something so special about what we have built here, and Sunday was one of those days where I could stand back and think… wow. Look what we’ve created 🥹 I am so proud of our students who have worked so hard this summer, so grateful for everyone who helps make it all happen, and incredibly proud to call this my team. Now we cannot WAIT to see these kids get out there and shine this season!! ✨✨✨✨
