Denver dancers! I’m teaching my first Advanced Improvisation Lab TOMORROW, Thursday, September 3 at 10:30 AM at Denver Dance Center, and your first class is FREE! Drop in tomorrow or pre-register online (click class registration link in bio) - if you register online, make sure to use code FIRSTCLASSFREE!

I recently moved to Denver from Chicago and am really excited to start sharing these classes with the Denver dance community. This class is geared toward advanced adult dancers and uses contemporary-based improvisation, guided movement exploration, and neuroplastic tasks to help you break out of habitual movement patterns, take risks, and expand your individual movement voice.

✨ Thursday, September 3 | 10:30–11:45 AM
📍 Denver Dance Center
🎟️ First class FREE
Drop in day-of or register online with code FIRSTCLASSFREE

I will be teaching Advanced Improvisation Lab every Thursday throughout September, plus Advanced Contemporary Phrasework every Tuesday in September at 12:00 PM, also at Denver Dance Center.

I have included some photos and videos from past advanced adult improvisation classes so you can get a feel for what we will be doing!

Would love to meet and move with more of you in the Denver dance community. Please feel free to DM me with any questions, and absolutely feel free to just drop in tomorrow! 🖤

Thank you to my wonderful cast, your endless dedication to your craft and willingness to dive in head first into the process is greatly valued 🤍 I am so proud of each of you and forever grateful to create with superstars 🌟🌟🌟 Thank you to Nina and Erin, for giving me the platform to share my work with Chicago, and for seeing it through! A HUGE thank you to Megan for bringing the stage to life with your lighting, you saw the vision and ran with it and it came out perfectly 🥹

I am blessed to be able to do this and I will never take this for granted. GOD BLESS AMERICA (iykyk), AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL ARTISTS!!!!!!! 🫂🤍
