What a weekend.
I had the absolute honor and privilege of standing up for my dearest friend Anna’s wedding. I met Anna about 6 years ago and we became friends pretty quickly. Over the years that evolved in to getting to know her family and her, mine. She trained Mady for a couple summers, but her impact and influence went far behind horses and riding. She has stepped in to a big sister role for Mady and I couldn’t think of a better person for it. Troy and Anna’s dad have become golf buddies, her mom has become a riding buddy for me and they are truly two of the most wonderful, kind, generous, and wise people in our lives. I’ve had the privilege of watching Anna and Kevin’s relationship develop from a date, kind of set up by family, to their wedding day. This was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to-every detail was perfect. The venue, the food, the INCREDIBLE band-all of it was just amazing.
I’m so thankful I got to be a part of this weekend, my heart is full.
