The real lie was always that women are in competition with each other. There is nothing more powerful than the divinity you will find in the power of female friendships. The people who love you don’t care how you look, they care about who you are, and all the beautiful things that make you, you.

I feel so blessed to have built a small community or incredible women who show up to advocate for each other and celebrate each other. That’s what we are here for ❤️

EMPRESS COMMUNITY 🖤

Strength training is about more than just aesthetics, we are here to build not only muscle, but connection, community, safety and celebrate womanhood.

I’m so unspeakably proud of every one of these women and how they continue to show up and commit to themselves over and over, on good days, bad days and everything in between. This is a celebration of the magnificence of the female form in all its varied shapes and sizes.

Being a coach is the honour of my life, and I am humbled to my core to have these women place their trust in my hands.

And also, they’re so FREAKING HOT!🔥

Throwback to an insightful chat with the super-talented graphic designer and photographer, Andrea Lim @maedforu. Andrea was our poster designer and a guest speaker at the 2024 production of Splice presented with Fremantle Theatre Company. Splice was presented as a night of dance and discussion designed to build networks to help audiences navigate life's choices.

Splice. It's strange how time unfolds.

Bio:
Andrea has always had a lifelong passion for creativity. Over the past six years, she's been working as a professional freelance photographer and graphic designer with her small business, MAEDFORU (made for you). In addition to her creative media pursuits, she also works as a puppeteer for children's cancer charity, Camp Quality. Her creative journey started with dance and musical theatre and later grew into makeup and hair artistry for film and TV, which broadened her perspective and deepened her love for making things. Andrea thrives on collaborating with emerging creatives, driven by shared ideas and the satisfaction of helping others succeed. Each project represents a celebration of collective achievement because she believes that everyone's success adds to her success.
