My latest completed sewing project was another rendition of my favorite wide leg culotte pattern using the elastic waist hack.

I cut the fabric on a lovely large cutting table at the @maek.gather sewing club studio, then brought it home to sew. Even using the walking foot and lots of pins the linen wanted to shift on me and pattern matching was a pain but ultimately successful. I think the fabric is so pretty and hope it doesn’t read as PJs because these are definitely leaving the house.

Fabric: @merchantandmills Louisiana linen purchased from @frankierosefabrics

Pattern: @merchantandmills Juno elastic waist and full length (plus fit modification to reduce rise by an inch). #mmjuno
