🏁 Ixsdownhillcup in Bellwald 🇨🇭

Challenging track under pretty dry conditions. After a good start, I had to do a re-run due to a red flag.

The pace was strong, but unfortunately I didn’t get the opportunity to pass the rider in front of me, even though I had the pace to do so. I lost a lot of valuable time because of it – definitely more was possible.

Still, I’m really happy to see my progress this weekend. @ixsdownhillcup #downhillmountainbiking #mtb #ixsdownhillcup #bellwald #downhill24h

🏆 Overall Ergebnisse:
🥈 2. Platz Elite Men – Max
🥉 3. Platz Elite Women – Karla
4. Platz Elite Men – Jannik
12. Platz U19 Men – Maël
Grüße aus der Schweiz 🇨🇭

National Champs done and dusted 🇩🇪

P19 in Elite. Struggled a lot with the conditions this weekend. Still really happy to come away with a Top 20 in my first year racing Elite.

Plenty to learn, plenty to improve, but we keep moving forward. Always. 💪🏼🔥

German Champs 🇩🇪 wrapped up. Felt confident in the bike and had after a long time a good final run. 1.7 off the podium with P6 (hoped for more) but I know where I lost some time. Now I wanna work hard for the next races. I also will bring this confident to the next races. Onto Maribor in 2 weeks. Thanks to the support from my family and @linoneumann_716 🫡
.
Congrats also to @alois.romer to secure the title and @paul.limmer to get the vice title.

German Champs🇩🇪🦅

So. kleines Statement....
