Designed to slow you down.

For Restaurant Suis, every choice was made in service of the experience. Soft materials, subtle contrasts, carefully framed views and a calm atmosphere create the perfect backdrop for exceptional gastronomy.

Designed around the vision of Ralf and Soumia Berendsen, where architecture, interior design and gastronomy come together seamlessly. A project we are proud of and for which we would like to thank Ralf and Soumia for their trust and collaboration.

🎙️🎧📺🌿 Sommelier Margaux Balemans podcast in enkele treffende momenten ⭐️ @margaux_balemans @imagomagazine

🍇🔥We talk about the dedication it takes to work with wine day after day, and how passion and training are essential in this profession. We discuss how a sommelier truly stands out through genuine feeling for wine rather than simply memorising knowledge, and how you can read people to recognise their passion for what they do.

🇬🇧 Once an anonymous diner, Werner Loens shaped the world of the Michelin Guide with quiet influence.
🎧In this podcast about the book Anoniem aan Tafel (Anonymously at the table) , he lifts the curtain.

‼️Who is the man behind the ratings?
‼️What lingers after the last plate?

🎙️ Aflevering 101 🥳🙏🏻
