You can learn gradually to let negative thoughts come into your mind, recognize them, and then let them go. You may never reach a place of perfect peace, but you’ll find serenity in having done your best.

It isn’t always easy to meet the expectations we hold ourselves to. We may find ourselves in a situation such as just finishing a relaxing yoga class or meditation retreat, a serene session of deep breathing, yet we have difficulty retaining our sense of peace.
Just because you are devoted to following a spiritual path, attaining inner peace, or living a specific ideology doesn’t mean you should expect to achieve perfection.
Simply by being aware of what you are experiencing and recognizing that your feelings are temporary, you have begun taking the necessary steps to regaining your internal balance.

We have so much to celebrate when it comes to the beauty of humanity. Outside of our lives and homes, we may look for beauty in different places and people; but, often we don't take the time to look for it within ourselves. The truth is that no matter what expectations and biased notions of beauty we hold onto, our own beauty is always there just waiting for us to see it. We can come to the mirror with love and gratitude, noticing the unique charm that is ours and ours alone.

Upcoming retreats:
- March 18-25, 2023, Ibiza

Often we come to the mirror with expectations and preconceived notions about beauty that blind us from seeing ourselves clearly. As a result, we miss the beauty that is closest to us, the beauty we are.

If we can cut through all these obstacles and simply appreciate how beautiful we are, we free up so much energy. We also become less dependent upon the opinions and feedback of others since we become our own greatest admirers.

It’s about recognising our strengths and weaknesses and embracing them. It’s about understanding our own needs and desires and learning to take care of ourselves.

Without self-love, we can start to feel lost and disconnected from our true selves. It’s essential to learn to love and accept ourselves if we want to be truly happy and fulfilled.

Self-love is an essential component of a happy and healthy life. It is the act of loving yourself and treating yourself with kindness and care. This journey is about being true to your heart; it is about living from your core. It is about loving yourself unconditionally.

You were born to be a woman who lives from her heart; this is how you should see yourself. You need to accept who you are and learn to love and trust your inner voice.

Warmly welcoming all you sweet souls March 18-25, 2023 on mystical and magical Ibiza!
